Terms of service

1.1 These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply when you as a consumer ("You") purchase from and use the website www.forestkids.se ("Website") and constitute an agreement between you and sWell Nordic AB, Swedish organisation number 559126-8189 ( "Forest Kids"; "us", "we" and "our").

1.2 You may not place an order from the Website if you are under eighteen (18) years of age, unless you have the legal permission of your legal guardian. Forest Kids does not accept credit purchases from people under the age of 18. Forest Kids reserves the right to refuse, limit or cancel any order you place. If we change or cancel an order, we will try to notify you by contacting the email address and/or billing address/phone number that you provided when the order was placed.

1.3 Please note that the website may occasionally contain typographical errors. These inaccuracies which may relate to product descriptions, pricing, marketing, product shipping costs, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is incorrect, at any time and without notice (even after you have submitted your ordering).

1.4 The website, including all its content, is owned by Forest Kids. The information is protected by intellectual property rights and market laws. This means that the brand, company name, product name, images and graphics, design, layout and information about products or services may not be copied or used without written approval from Forest Kids.

Furthermore, it is prohibited to use the website or its content:
- for illegal purposes
- to collect or track the personal data of others
- for obscene or immoral purposes
- to encourage others to perform or participate in illegal acts
- to violate international, federal , provincial or state regulations, rules, laws or - - - local ordinances.

AGREEMENT AND ORDER 

2.1 By making a purchase from or using this website, you have agreed to these terms of use. Please ensure that you have read and understood these terms of use when using our website. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not order products or use this website. We reserve the right to change the Terms by posting updates and/or changes on our website. The most recent version of the Terms will be available on the Website. 2.2 A purchase agreement is only entered into when Forest Kids has confirmed your order and you have received an order confirmation via e-mail from Forest Kids. Save this order confirmation for any interactions with Forest Kids customer service.

CUSTOMER INFORMATION 

3.1 When you register an account and/or place an order on the Website, you are asked to provide personal information. You agree to provide complete, current and accurate payment and account information for all purchases made through the Site. During checkout, including any submissions, you agree to enter your account and other information, including your email address and, if applicable, your billing address, and credit card number and expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you at needs.

Orders placed in another person's name without their consent will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

PRODUCTS 

4.1 All Products must be used in accordance with the instructions, precautions and guidelines set out on the Website and on the Product. It is your responsibility to ensure that the product does not contain anything to which you are allergic.

PRICES AND PAYMENT 

5.1 You must pay all applicable fees set out and described on the Website for the products you have selected. The prices of the products are set out on the website and include all expressly stated relevant delivery costs, value added tax (VAT) or other charges and taxes (where applicable). The price of the products provided to you is the price shown on the order pages when you placed your order.

ForestKids has the right to change the prices of the Products, and therefore the current prices will be indicated on the Website from time to time. However, for orders placed prior to a price change on the website, the prices stated in the order confirmation will apply to that specific order. By continuing to order the products after the price changes have taken effect, you agree to be bound by the new prices.

5.2 Payment for the products can be made in accordance with the payment solutions offered on the website. Depending on the provider used for your payment, the terms and conditions of the third party processor/provider apply. You may be asked to identify yourself and credit information may be sought by the third party processor/provider. When we use a third party for payments, we will not have access to or store any payment information.

DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS 

6.1 The presence of products on the website at a particular time does not mean that these products will be available at any time. Standard delivery times can be found on the website and in the order confirmation. During high season and sales, delivery may take longer. Delivery is via the regular postal service in each market. Some options may involve a shipping cost, which in such cases is clearly stated when ordering. The expected delivery time is specified during the ordering process.

6.2 Please note that small parcels are delivered in the letterbox to your registered delivery address and that large parcels are delivered to the nearest collection point, where you will be informed to collect the parcel. We have the right to charge you for costs incurred if you do not collect your ordered products on time from the delivery location after the products have been transported. If a product is out of stock, we reserve the right not to deliver the product within the specified delivery time or to cancel the order. If you have already ordered the Product that is out of stock, we will offer you a refund.

REVOCATION OF RIGHTS

7.1 In accordance with the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (2005:59), you have the right to cancel within fourteen (14) days from the day you receive the Products. You also have the right of withdrawal regarding a change to the Subscription model.

7.2 To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this Agreement by a clear written explanation, including your name, address and order number in an email sent to the following address.: contact@forestkids.se

7.3 When you as a consumer withdraw from a contract with us, we will refund all payments received from you, provided that the products are returned without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the date on which we received your notice of withdrawal the agreement. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method you used for the original transaction. Forest Kids is entitled to deduct delivery costs from the refund.

To return products, send the goods (including receipt or other proof of purchase) to the following address: sWell Nordic AB, Germaniavägen 11, 182 68 Djursholm. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the products.

8.1 By subscribing to our email newsletter through the Klaviyo pop-up form, you expressly consent to receive promotional content, updates, and other communications from Forest Kids via the email address you provide. You can withdraw your consent and unsubscribe from our emails at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of our emails or by contacting us directly at contact@forestkids.se
